Japanese Style Grey Ceramic Plates and Bowls

Japanese Style Grey Ceramic Dinnerware

Give your table a calm, handcrafted look with our Japanese style grey ceramic dinnerware. A speckled grey reactive glaze pools and shifts across each piece, and gently irregular, organic shapes make every plate and bowl look individually formed.

Every piece is sold individually, so you can mix and match to build a set that suits your household. Choose from a 4 inch dish for sauces and sides, bowls in 4.5, 6, and 7 inch sizes for rice, soup, noodles, and cereal, a 6.8 inch square bowl for snacks and salads, an 8 inch deep plate for pasta and curries, 8.6 and 10.2 inch plates for lunches and mains, and a 12 inch oval plate for sharing dishes, sushi, and roasts.

Practical for daily life, the dinnerware is dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe. The muted grey suits Japanese, Scandi, wabi sabi, and modern rustic interiors, and pairs easily with wooden boards, linen, and rattan placemats. Buy a few pieces to start, or build a full table over time. It also makes a thoughtful housewarming or first home gift.
